The lineup is the list of wiki cards currently displayed within one browser tab, in order, with duplication possible.
Use the Left-Right-Arrow keys to scroll the lineup left and right.
Links open new cards to the right of the current in view.
Use shift-click to open a page at the far right of the lineup.
